Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern access to and use of the advisory services, information products and goods provided by Virelitho through virelitho.digital (“Site”). By engaging our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Virelitho offers corporate legal advisory services tailored to individual and organizational needs. Any reference to “Services” refers to consultancy, documentation review, representation and related activities.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, templates, reports and other downloadable materials provided via the Site.

4. Goods

Goods refer to any physical items sold through the Site, such as printed manuals or branded materials.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are as stated on the Site at the time of purchase or engagement. Fees must be settled through the payment options made available. Failure to settle fees may result in suspension of Services.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Advisory Services

Clients may cancel or reschedule an advisory session up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full fee refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior will incur a 50% fee withheld. Cancellations within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable due to preparatory work and resource allocation. Rescheduling is available once per session upon at least 3 days notice without additional charge.

6.2 Information Products

Purchasers of information products may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided no digital materials have been downloaded or accessed. Once access is granted, purchases are final and non-refundable due to the immediate nature of digital distribution.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund of the product fee will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

7. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Advisory sessions can be scheduled via our contact form or by phone. Sessions may be rescheduled as outlined in section 6.1. Additional requests to change scheduled times may be subject to availability and a nominal administrative fee.

8. Termination

Virelitho reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Services at any time for breach of these terms or conduct that undermines the provision of our offerings.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, dated 2025, will be posted on the Site. Continued use of our offerings after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
